25jl Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 25jl website at 25jl.click, its subdomains, mobile interface, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 25jl at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances.

When you register with 25jl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Notify 25jl promptly if any of your registration details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 25jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. 25jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification involves the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. 25jl may require additional documents at its discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 25jl platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱, PHP). 25jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by 25jl; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or conversion rates independently.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers

Withdrawals are processed for verified accounts within 30 minutes for e-wallet transfers under normal circumstances. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day. Larger withdrawals or those that trigger additional compliance checks may require up to 72 hours.

Funds deposited to 25jl must be used for gaming activity. If no game activity has occurred within 180 days of the last deposit, 25jl reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts. Players will be notified before such fees are applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

25jl regularly offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all 25jl bonuses:

6. Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the 25jl platform has its own specific rules and payout structures. These rules are displayed within the game interface and are binding on all players. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes on 25jl are generated by a certified system and are independent, unpredictable, and unmanipulated. 25jl cannot predict, influence, or reverse the outcome of any spin, deal, or draw once it has been initiated.

In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — such as a connection drop, server error, or game crash — 25jl will apply the following general policy: if the outcome of the round was determined before the failure occurred and the result is retrievable, the result will stand. If the outcome cannot be verified, the bet will be returned to the player. 25jl's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Live Dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (wheels, cards, dice) operated by real croupiers. Disputes regarding Live Dealer outcomes will be reviewed using available video footage. All Live Dealer sessions are recorded.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 25jl platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25jl and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or gaming funds arising from your use of the 25jl platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays that are beyond 25jl's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party system failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 25jl's liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Suspension and Termination

25jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority directs 25jl to do so.

In cases of confirmed breaches, 25jl may forfeit any account balance remaining at the time of closure. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure by the player — any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 25jl account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw all available funds before requesting closure, as any remaining balance may be subject to additional verification before release.

13. Amendments to These Terms
